Canned Pineapple Fruit from Thailand: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Resumen

On August 4, 2006, the Department of Commerce (Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results and partial preliminary rescission of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on canned pineapple fruit from Thailand. This review covers two manufacturers/exporters: Vita Food Factory (1989) Ltd. (Vita) and Tropical Food Industries Co., Ltd. (TROFCO). The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. In these final results, we have made no changes to the weighted-average dumping margins determined for Vita and TROFCO in the preliminary results of this administrative review.
