The National Endowment for the Arts ("the Endowment") publishes for public comment proposed Policy Guidance on Title VI's prohibition against national origin discrimination as it affects limited English proficient persons. This policy guidance is intended to replace policy guidance published on the Endowment Web site, http:// www.arts.gov, in November of 2000. Notice of Proposed Guidance seeking comments was published on June 30, 2004. No comments were received.
