Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans: State of Alaska; Anchorage Carbon Monoxide Nonattainment Area; Designation of Areas for Air Quality Planning Purposes

Resumen

In this action, the EPA is approving the State of Alaska carbon monoxide (CO) maintenance plan for the Anchorage nonattainment area. EPA is also redesignating the Anchorage area from nonattainment to attainment for the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for CO.
