Noxious Weeds; Notice of Availability of Petitions To Regulate Caulerpa

Resumen

We are advising the public that the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has received two petitions requesting that additional aquatic plants of the genus Caulerpa be added to the list of noxious weeds. We are soliciting public comments on the petitions and the implications of adopting them.
