In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is publishing a notice of the minor revision of an existing system of records, 09-90-0062, Administrative Claims. The revised system makes some minor changes due to the records that will be part of the Early Offers Pilot, which HHS announced in the Federal Register on September 24, 2004 (67 FR 57294).
