The Coast Guard proposes to establish a security zone in Budd Inlet, Olympia, WA to protect Department of Defense assets and military cargo in Puget Sound, Washington. The proposed security zone, when enforced by the Captain of the Port Puget Sound, would provide for the regulation of vessel traffic in the vicinity of military cargo loading operations in the navigable waters of the United States.
