Resumen

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) proposes to amend subpart T in the General Administrative Regulations (7 CFR part 400, subpart T); the Group Risk Plan of Insurance Regulations (7 CFR part 407); and the Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Basic Provisions (7 CFR part 457). The intended effect of this action is to make revisions mandated by the Federal Crop Insurance Act (Act), as amended by the Agricultural Risk Protection Act of 2000 (ARPA), and to make other changes and clarify existing policy provisions to better meet the needs of the insured.
