In this document, the Commission seeks to refresh the record on two issues raised in the CPNI Order Further NPRM (63 FR 45140, August 24, 1998) and requests comment on customer proprietary network information (CPNI) implications when a carrier goes out of business, sells all or part of its customer base, or seeks bankruptcy protection.
