Review of the Commission's Broadcast and Cable Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Policies

Resumen

In this document the Commission solicits comment on how to apply Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") rules to part-time employees. The Commission also seeks comment on how many and what types of positions in the broadcast and multichannel video programming distributors (MVPD) industry would fall into the part-time classification. The intended effect is to invite comments on all aspects of the Commission's proposal.
