Public Report on Minor Use Pesticides; Notice of Availability

Resumen

EPA hereby announces the availability of a public report prepared by the Office of Pesticide Programs on minor uses of pesticides pursuant to requirements of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. This report includes descriptions of measures that EPA, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health and Human Resources, and the Food and Drug Administration, has undertaken to consider minor use needs in registering and reregistering minor use pesticides.
