Certain Hot-Rolled Lead and Bismuth Carbon Steel Products From Germany: Recission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On April 30, 1999, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register (64 FR 11439) a notice announcing the initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Hot- Rolled Lead & Bismuth Carbon Steel Products from Germany for one producer/exporter of Certain Hot-Rolled Lead & Bismuth Carbon Steel Products from Germany, Saarstahl AG, covering the period March 1, 1998, through February 28, 1999. The Department of Commerce has now rescinded this review as a result of the absence of Saarstahl AG's shipments and entries into the United States of subject merchandise during the period of review.
