The Minerals Management Service will post on MMS's Internet Home Page, and make available in hard copy, a public competitive offering of approximately 260 million cubic feet per day of natural gas, to be taken as royalty-in-kind from Federal properties in the Gulf of Mexico Region (GOMR) under an Invitation For Exchange (IFE), Number MMS-RIK-2000-GOMR-001.
