Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; New Hampshire; Gasoline Dispensing Facilities and Gasoline Tank Trucks

Resumen

EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire on November 24, 1992. This revision consists of regulations to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from gasoline dispensing facilities and from gasoline tank trucks. The intended effect of this action is to propose approval of these regulations. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act.
