Certain Pasta from Italy: Final Results of New Shipper Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

Resumen

On Septmember 1, 1998, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its new shipper administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period January 1, 1997, through December 31, 1997. We have now completed this review and determine the net subsidy to be 0.95 percent ad valorem. We will instruct the Customs Service to assess countervailing duties with respect to all shipments of the subject merchandise by Co. R. EX. S.r.L., the new shipper to this review, entered during this period.
