Potassium Permanganate From the People's Republic of China; Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Resumen

On January 30, 1997, Zunyi Chemical Factory, a producer of potassium permanganate in the People's Republic of China, requested that the Department of Commerce conduct an administrative review of their merchandise for the period January 1, 1996, through December 31, 1996. On March 3, 1997, we published a notice of initiation of this antidumping duty administrative review. This review has now been rescinded as a results because there have been on entries into the United States of subject merchandise during the period of review.
