Notice of Wetland Involvement for Installation of Air Monitoring Station No. 28 at the Fernald Environmental Management Project (FEMP)

Resumen

This is to give notice of DOE's proposal to install an air monitoring station along with construction of an access road, to comply with provisions of the Clean Air Act, at the Fernald Environmental Management Project (FEMP), located about 18 miles northwest of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This activity will involve a wetland in Butler County, Ohio. In accordance with 10 CFR 1022, DOE will prepare a Wetland Assessment and conduct the proposed action in such a manner to avoid or minimize potential harm to or within the affected wetland area.
