Suspension of Antidumping Duty Investigation: Certain Cut-to- Length Carbon Steel Plate From Ukraine

Resumen

The Department of Commerce (the Department) has suspended the antidumping duty investigation involving certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate (CTL plate) from Ukraine. The basis for this action is an agreement between the Department and the Government of Ukraine wherein the Government of Ukraine has agreed to restrict the volume of direct or indirect exports to the United States of CTL plate from all Ukrainian producers/exporters and to revise its prices to eliminate completely sales of this merchandise to the United States at less than fair value.
