The U.S. Department of Energy today withdraws its Notice of Intent published on March 18, 1987 (52 FR 8503) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Decontamination and Waste Treatment Facility (DWTF) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).
