Streamlining the Single Family Components of the Single Family- Multifamily Regulations

Resumen

This final rule amends primarily the single family components of HUD's regulations for certain FHA single family and multifamily housing mortgage insurance programs. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule streamlines these regulations by eliminating regulatory provisions that are redundant, obsolete, or otherwise unnecessary.
