Proposed Withdrawal and Transfer of Jurisdiction; Opportunity for Public Meeting; Colorado

Resumen

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests the withdrawal and transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction of 1,720 acres of public lands to the Fish and Wildlife Service for management as part of the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge. The withdrawal will be for a period of 50 years. This notice closes these lands to settlement, sale, location or entry under the general land laws, including the mining laws for up to two years.
