Resumen
The Department of Justice, with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), is issuing an interim rule for Department employees as a supplement to the uniform standards of ethical conduct for employees of the executive branch (Uniform Standards) issued by OGE. The regulations established by the interim rule are a necessary supplement to the Uniform Standards because they address statutory requirements and issues that are unique to the Department.
