Resumen

In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent order requires, among other things, a Massachusetts-based corporation to divest businesses and associated assets in the United States markets for fused cast refractories, hot surface igniters, and silicon carbide refractory bricks. If the divestiture is not completed as required, the Commission may appoint one or more trustees to divest the remaining properties and assets.
