This NOFA announces up to $1.5 million of FY 1995 funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) to undertake jointly funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects with units of general local government. In the body of this document is information concerning the following: a. information regarding the purpose of the NOFA and available funds, objectives, eligibility and selection criteria; and b.
