Resumen
The EPA proposes approval of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, submitted by the State of Louisiana for the purpose of meeting requirements of the Clean Air Act (Act or CAA), as amended in 1990, with regard to NSR in areas that have not attained the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
