Publication of List of Nationally Significant Lands To Be Retained and Confirmed to the United States Pursuant to the Act of July 2, 1993 and Final List of Base Land Parcels Relinquished to the United States Pursuant to the Act of June 4, 1897

Resumen

On July 2, 1993, Congress enacted Public Law 103-48 entitled ``An Act to Resolve the Status of Certain Lands Relinquished to the United States Under the Act of June 4, 1897 (30 Stat. 11, 36) and for Other Purposes.'' In compliance with the Act, notice is given of the following actions: (1) The list of Nationally Significant lands retained by the United States is incorporated in this notice as ``Table 1.'' By publication of this notice, all right, title, and interest in these lands is now vested and confirmed in the United States. (2) The Final List of base land parcels relinquished to the United States pursuant to the Act of June 4, 1897, is incorporated in this notice as ``Table 2.'' By publication of this notice, the United States quitclaims to the listed owners or entrymen or their successors all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to these parcels.
