Resumen
The United States Trade Representative (USTR) has terminated an investigation initiated under section 302(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 (Trade Act) of Korean practices with respect to the importation of certain U.S. agricultural products, after having reached a satisfactory agreement resolving the issues under investigation, and will monitor Korea's implementation of this agreement in accordance with section 306 of the Trade Act.
