Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination (ID) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) in the above- captioned investigation granting a motion to terminate the investigation as to respondents Mervyn's, Inc. and S. Goldberg & Co., Inc., on the basis of a consent order and consent order agreement. As Mervyn's and Goldberg are the only respondents in the investigation, their termination terminates the investigation.
