On June 6, 1994 (59 FR 29216), the EPA proposed standards to regulate the emissions of certain hazardous air pollutants from the aerospace manufacturing and rework facilities which are part of major sources under section 112 of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (Act). This notice announces that the EPA will hold a public hearing in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina to provide interested persons with an opportunity for oral presentation of data, views, or arguments concerning the proposed rule. The public hearing will be held on August 15, 1994. The period for receiving comments on the proposed rule is being extended for 30 days, the length of time the record must remain open after the public hearing.
