Resumen

In accordance with the requirements of section 122(i)(1) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, as amended (CERCLA), notice is hereby given of a proposed de minimis settlement under section 122(g) concerning the Petrochem Recycling Corp./Ekotek, Inc., Site in Salt Lake City, Utah (the Site). The proposed Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) requires 363 potentially responsible parties (PRP) to pay an aggregate total of $7,803,386.11 to resolve their liability to the EPA related to response actions taken or to be taken at the Site.
