Resumen
EPA Region VII hereby complies with the requirements of 40 CFR 2.301(h) and 40 CFR 2.310(h) and intends to authorize certain contractors and subcontractors access to Confidential Business Information (``CBI'') which has been submitted to and collected by EPA Region VII under Section 104 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (``CERCLA'') and pertains to Superfund sites.
