Notice of Realty Action Noncompetitive Sale of Public Lands in Mohave County, AZ

Resumen

The following public lands have been found suitable for direct sale under Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 2750; 43 U.S.C. 1713), at not less than the estimated fair market value to be established by appraisal. Improvements have existed on both parcels since rights-of-way were issued in 1981 and 1988 respectively and sale of the lands has been determined to be the most desirable solution to resolve the difficult and uneconomical management situation. The lands will not be offered for sale for at least 60 days after the date of this notice.
