Resumen
The primary purpose of these supplementary rules is to regulate use of the well facility at Hot Springs LTVA, to enhance the public safety, deter criminal activity and improve site qualify while decreasing overall costs and maintenance needs associated with the well. The Hot springs LTVA and well are located in T. 16S, R 16E, S12:SE \1/4\ SBM. The following supplementary rules will apply to the well area of the Hot Spring LTVA:
