Anhydrous Sodium Metasilicate From France; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Resumen
In response to a request by the petitioner, the PQ Corporation, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on anhydrous sodium metasilicate (ASM) from France. This review covers Rhone Poulenc Chime DeBase (Rhone Poulenc), a manufacturer/exporter of this merchandise to the United States, and the period January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1993. The firm failed to submit a timely response to our questionnaire. As a result, we have preliminarily determined to use best information available for cash deposit and appraisement purposes. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
