Resumen
On December 7, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film (PET Film) from the United Arab Emirates.\1\ This review covers one producer/exporter of subject merchandise: JBF RAK LLC (JBF). Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to the preliminary results, which are discussed below.
