The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for a portion of Saint Andrew Bay, Panama City, FL. This action is necessary for the safeguard of participants and spectators, including all crews, vessels, and persons on navigable waters during the Emerald Coast Super Boat Grand Prix high speed boat races.
