NHTSA Extends Record Retention Period for Motor Vehicle Safety Records
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is updating its regulations to extend the record retention period for motor vehicle safety records to 10 years, as mandated by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act.
