NHTSA Denies Petition to Mandate Safety Features to Prevent Pediatric Heatstroke in Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has denied a petition submitted by Mr. Eddie L. Fray on behalf of the Parent Advocacy Group, which requested that the Secretary of Transportation mandate the installation of specific safety features to prevent pediatric heatstroke in vehicles.
