NHTSA Extends Deadline for Comments on ARC Automotive and Delphi Automotive Safety Defect

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has extended the deadline for manufacturers and interested parties to submit written comments on a safety defect found in frontal driver and passenger air bag inflators manufactured by ARC Automotive Inc. and Delphi Automotive Systems LLC, from October 20, 2023, to December 4, 2023.
