NHTSA Denies Most Petitions for Reconsideration of Bus Rollover Safety Standard
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has denied most petitions for reconsideration of a 2021 rule requiring bus manufacturers to enhance rollover structural integrity and reduce ejection risks for over-the-road buses and larger buses.
