FCA US LLC Granted Petition for Inconsequential Noncompliance for Certain Motor Vehicles

FCA US LLC has been granted a decision by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain model year 2004-2020 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo vehicles do not pose a significant safety risk due to noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101, Controls and Displays.
