Request for Comments on Barriers and Solutions for Submitting Toxicology Data to the Fatality Analysis Reporting System
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comments on barriers states face when submitting toxicology data to the Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) and requests recommendations to address these issues. This is in response to Section 25025 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which requires NHTSA to submit a report to Congress on the topic.
