NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Mandatory Record Retention Requirements
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a currently approved information collection for mandatory record retention requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
