DOT Adopts Inflation-Adjusted Civil Penalty Amounts
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has implemented the 2020 inflation adjustment to civil penalty amounts for violations of certain Department of Transportation regulations, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
