NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Reinstatement of Motorcycle Helmet Labeling Collection
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate a previously approved collection of information related to motorcycle helmet labeling, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
