NCUA Proposes Changes to Chartering and Field of Membership Rules for Federal Credit Unions

The NCUA Board is proposing to modernize its chartering and field of membership rules to include shared facilities in the definition of service facilities for federal credit unions participating in shared branching networks, regardless of ownership.
