NCUA Rescinds Chartering and Field of Membership IRPS 10-1

The NCUA Board is rescinding Interpretive Ruling and Policy Statement 10-1, as it is now incorporated into the Chartering Manual, reducing the burden on federal credit unions by limiting the number of sources they must check to verify compliance.
