NCUA Proposes New Privacy Act System of Records for Credit Union Communications and Examinations

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has announced a new proposed system of records, NCUA-23, to support its communications and outreach efforts to the public, as well as its examination and supervision activities of credit unions, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
