NHTSA Seeks Public Comment on Regulatory Barriers for Automated Driving Systems

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public input on the challenges of testing and verifying compliance with existing safety standards for vehicles equipped with automated driving systems, which lack traditional manual controls.
