NHTSA Denies Petition to Investigate 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe Rollover Crash Performance

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has denied a petition submitted by Mr. Donald Friedman on August 6, 2014, to investigate the rollover crash performance of the 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe and similarly constructed General Motors vehicles, citing a lack of evidence of a safety-related defect in the design of the rollover side curtain air bags.
