NCUA Proposes New System of Records for Examination and Supervision Activities

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is proposing a new system of records, Examination and Supervision System (ESS), NCUA-22, to track and store examination and supervision documents, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The system will be used for NCUA's statutorily mandated examination and supervision activities, including coordination with other financial regulatory agencies.
